Silver West Executive Transportation was established in 1984. For over 32 years, our clients have counted on Silver West Executive Transportation to provide the highest quality service. Silver West Executive Transportation continues to improve its service by using state of the art technology, as well as the most experienced, licensed and vetted chauffeurs in the industry.
We carefully select not only our chauffeurs, but our customer service staff as well. At Silver West Executive Transportation, it is our goal to demonstrate a continuing sense of urgency and “ownership” when it comes to our clients.
PASSENGER SAFETY PROTOCOL
At Silver West Transportation, we take our passenger and staff safety extremely seriously. Given that, we have a strict zero tolerance for anything which would compromise public safety. Our professional chauffeurs and staff are strictly banned from using any intoxicating substances when providing transportation services. If you believe your driver may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, please have the driver end the trip IMMEDIATELY and call us at 800-523-6338.
We require random testing of our chauffeurs in addition to the Federal DOT Rules and Regulations. To report any concerns or complaints, please contact the City of Dallas at 214-670-3161 or by dialing 3-1-1 from your telephone.
Wheelchair accessible vehicles will be provided upon request, with advance notice.
